How Would You Like To Profit From The Consumer Demand For Tiny Living?

Stone Canyon Cabins is Currently Seeking Dealers, Developers, & Campgrounds

What's a "dealer?"

We use the term "dealer" broadly. But in general, there are three basic business models for our dealers:

  • Traditional Retail Dealership
  • Campground "On-Premise" Dealership
  • Residential Community Development

Who should apply?

This is a perfect opportunity for Successful Business Owners in Any Industry Looking To Add An Additional Income Stream

We're especially interested in Established & Experienced RV, Auto, Cabin, Shed, and/or Modular Home Dealers. We are also interested in working with Campground Owners as well as Residential Community Real Estate Developers.

How much can I make?

Dealers typically earn between $10k and $17k per home. The biggest variables affecting price are the transportation costs of new homes as well as upgrades you offer on the homes.

What's it gonna cost to get started?

Dealers are required to purchase a minimum inventory of 4 homes to use as "display" or "model" homes. These homes are typically financed for dealers through one of our floor plan financing partners.

Additional startup costs may include property expenses, county or state licensing or permits, home staging materials, and marketing.

There is no licensing or franchise fee charged to be a dealer.

Our Park Model tiny home manufacturer, Stone Canyon Cabins, builds Park Model Tiny Homes in Brilliant, Alabama. Retail pricing for homes is around $69,900 making this an accessible and affordable investment for most consumers.

As a dealer, you can expect to earn $10,000+ per unit sold. That means with just 3 sales per month (common among current dealers), you can expect to see more than $30,000 in profit.

This is a simple business, with straight-forward operating expenses. Current dealers are selling as many as 5 homes per month with no more than 4 to 8 demo units sitting on a dirt lot (with power and wifi).

NOTE: Regulations and dealer licensing requirements vary by state and municipality. Not all areas are an ideal fir for this business. We encourage you to investigate your locality prior to applying.
